Overview

Over the two months, I worked as a product management intern under the Xiaomi Youpin E-commerce platform within Xiaomi Technology. Xiaomi Youpin is a boutique life shopping platform targeting young age demographic with high purchasing power. The platform mostly retails Xiaomi’s ecological chain of products.

My main responsibility was to work on the onboarding experience for Xiaomi Youpin to increase user acquisition. Within one month, our team launched a virtual coupon package and product recommendation page for new users, increasing daily unique users by 10% over one month. On a high level, I produced PRD write-ups for the project, organized cross-functional team meetings to regularly follow up progress, and reviewed the adoption data for the project.
